Olá + Co. was founded on a simple belief: the best opportunities are built through meaningful relationships.

After earning my Master’s in Education, I started my career in teaching until an unexpected conversation over coffee with a mentor encouraged me to join his team in the design industry. He believed my personality, work ethic, and natural ability to connect with people would lead to success. Selling rugs wasn't the path I'd imagined, but those four years became the foundation for everything that followed.

Over the past 14 years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the industry's most talented designers, manufacturers, and creative professionals. From sales to business development, my love for bringing people together and creating opportunities for them to succeed has always been a constant.

The more time I spent in the industry, the more I noticed a gap. Vendors needed business development that went beyond traditional sales, while designers + architects needed trusted resources and support but didn't always know where to find them. That realization became the foundation for Olá + Co.

Olá + Co. was built to bridge that gap - offering business development, curated connections, recruiting support, strategic consulting, and thoughtfully executed events. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, every partnership is built around what each client actually needs.
